Dr. Littman- the best. I have been to many physical therapists over the years for different body parts and after surgeries. I started going to Dr. Littman after fracturing 2 vertebrae and pinching a nerve. I have NEVER had such a talented, knowledgeable, effective, caring and easy to talk to therapist whose hands can find the tissues that need help. There are many different tools in her 'therapy bag of tricks'. She is absolutely fabulous. I won't go to anyone else

Q: Do I need a referral from my doctor?
A: No—you can schedule directly with Connective Physical Therapy without a referral and continue treatment for up to 30 days. After the first 30 days, we will need a 'Physician of Record' per Florida Law in the form of a referral or signed evaluation.

(We will fax a copy of your initial evaluation to any qualifying provider you choose so that it can be signed.)

Q: Do you take insurance?
A: No—at this time, we are not able to accept insurance to cover treatment. We are self-pay only, but offer an affordable per visit rate to allow for accessibility.

We are able to provide a superbill with a breakdown of the cost and codes for each visit which you can submit to your insurance for Out-of-Network benefits.

Q: How long is each visit?
A: 1 hour—each in-person visit will last for 1 hour from the start of your scheduled appointment time.

We take great care to meet each patient’s unique needs — and sometimes, this means an appointment may run slightly over its scheduled time. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding if your session begins a few minutes late. Please know that you will receive the same thoughtful, unrushed attention when it's your turn.

Q: How do I get into the building?
A: Connected Physical Therapy is located inside the Vintage Lake Mary main building. To enter the building, use the intercom to the left of the front doors to search for our company name (it may come up as 'C. Physical Therapy') and select to call. We'll see a video of who's calling and unlock the doors to allow entrance.
