  • Hands-on manual therapy for pain relief and improved mobility

  • Individualized exercise programs to build strength, stability, and muscular balance

  • Virtual consultations available for convenience and accessibility

We partner with you every step of the way, empowering you to regain control of your health.

Your body, your history, and your goals are unique - and your care should be too.

Dr. Marissa Littman, PT, DPT earned her Bachelors degree in Health Sciences: Pre-Clinical track from the University of Central Florida (UCF) with a Minor in Health Services Administration. She then earned her Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from UCF and became a licensed Physical Therapist in 2016. She began her career in outpatient neurologic rehabilitation through 3 years at AdventHealth, with a special certification in LSVT BIG for Parkinson's treatment.

After earning a Graduate Certificate in Anatomical Sciences from UCF in 2019, her passion for teaching led her to serve as Adjunct Faculty for the UCF Physical Therapy program's Human Gross Anatomy courses in the Summer and Fall semesters.

She joined Saylor Physical Therapy in 2019, where she pursued a focus on the treatment of hypermobility syndromes such as EDS/HSD, although she has significant clinical experience treating all types of orthopedic and neurologic conditions.

Now, through her solo practice - Connective Physical Therapy - Dr. Littman offers personalized one-on-one care designed to meet each patient where they are, and help them move forward; particularly those with complex conditions such as hypermobility/connective tissue disorders or any condition where the typical approach may not be enough.

Dr. Marissa Littman has a deep commitment to helping patients navigate complex and chronic conditions, as she has had to do the same for her own health.

She brings a compassionate, patient-centered approach to every session, believing that healing starts with being truly heard and understood.
